It is unfair to entrepreneurs to pay salaries, if the company does not have reserves or is a startup which is not profitable, how do you expect the entrepreneur to pay the salaries Post lockdown, do you see cases of layoffs going up. Organization which are transactional in nature are facing major issue on revenue generation. Cash flow is not equal to revenue
